TAGLIO was created to bring the highest quality food, beer, and wine, directly to your front door. It was based on the idea that delivery food should not have to sacrifice quality for convenience.

Founded by Jared and Nicolas Wayne and Jake Goodwin, they sought to match the quality of food, service, and atmosphere that is the foundation of the A Tavola brand.

After seeing success on this front, the next step was expansion to full-service. TAGLIO readjusted its focus to include high quality food and beverage service in a brick and mortar space in Columbia Tusculum. TAGLIO is an American-Italian bar and restaurant that continues to hold quality and excellent service as the pillars for success.

TAGLIO sources the freshest, highest quality ingredients for our menu which features Detroit Style and New York Style pizza, appetizers, salads and gelato accompanied by curated wines, great beers and craft cocktails. Our team makes dough, tomato sauce, sausage, salad dressings and cuts all vegetables fresh in house daily.

Growing to now have 3 full-service locations, with further expansion coming in the future, TAGLIO is the place to have family dinner, celebrate with your friends or watch the big game. Our mobile app brings the TAGLIO experience directly to your doorstep. Our full menu including beer, wine and cocktails is available for Delivery and Pick Up.
